Presentation & Recording Guidelines

Accepted abstracts—both oral and poster—will be presented as prerecorded sessions and posted online by those presenting authors who have agreed to participate. For those interested in participating and having their presentation recorded, please:

• Record yourself in a virtual call (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) while sharing your screen as if you were presenting to a live online audience.
• Upload the recording to this Google Drive folder.

Oral presentations will be recorded as 15-minute sessions, except for Ethics and Sociology & Society, which will allow 20 minutes. Poster presentations will be recorded for up to 10 minutes.
