Wheel and Axle
The axle plate is milled then welded and brazed to the frame. The large ho,es in the axle plate provide adjustability in the position of the axle and wheels, forward to backward and higher to lower.
Smaller holes were driled to reduce weight, with attention not to drill the holes so close that they compromised stability.
Adjustment of the axle controls the stability of the chair by alterning the center of gravity.
