Biography

Andrea Bagay, BS, CRA, has served as the VA Administrative Officer of our VA Center since 2015.  She was hired in 2008 as a Research Coordinator for HERL. She oversees budgets and coordinates VA grant submissions, processes and administers government contracts, oversees annual report preparation, and supervises the Center administrative staff.  Andrea holds a Federal Acquisition Certification as a Contracting Officer’s Representative Level II.  She earned her Research Administrators Certification (CRA) in 2018. Andrea was 2015 HERL Staff Member of the Year.
