Milling
Pieces such as the gussets, the captures, the caster plate and the axle plates are made from 1/4 or 1/8 inch steel stock.
Holes are drilled with the upright drill press, then tapped to provide treading necessary to accomodate a screw.
The CNC mill is used to finish the steel to the final dimensions.
Rough edges are filed.
